概述了7xxx铝合金的时效处理的典型工艺,介绍了新的时效工艺——"双峰"时效工艺及其特点,探索了"双峰"时效工艺的普适性和双时效峰的强化机理以及应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)机理;结合自己的研究提出了"相变-Mg-H"复合理论,并用其解释了双时效峰的强化机理及应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)机理。针对目前研究工作的问题,提出了一些建议。
The progress of the typical aging treatment technologies of 7xxx series aluminum alloys were reviewed.Double-peak-aging technology and its features of the alloys were introduced.The applicability of double-peak-aging technology and the strengthening and stress corrosion cracking(SCC)mechanics were discussed.A "phase-transformation-Mg-H" theory was put forward firstly and the strengthening and SCC mechanics of two aged peaks were explained by it.At last,some specific suggestions for the future research and exploration of 7xxx series aluminum alloys are proposed based on the existing problems in the present research.
