混凝土中氯离子的峰值浓度是基于钢筋锈蚀的混凝土结构耐久性寿命预测的主要参数之一,其时变性和随机性取决于侵蚀环境、材料性能和作用荷载等因素。通过自然海洋潮差环境弯曲荷载作用下的混凝土构件暴露试验,在测得纯弯段混凝土的自由氯离子浓度的基础上,研究了弯曲荷载对混凝土中氯离子峰值浓度随机分布的影响。结果表明,自由氯离子峰值浓度的均值受弯曲荷载水平、水灰比及暴露时间的影响很大;而无论是在受压区还是受拉区,弯曲荷载作用下的混凝土氯离子侵蚀峰值浓度绝大多数服从对数正态分布;弯曲荷载水平、混凝土水灰比和暴露时间对混凝土中自由氯离子峰值浓度的分布类型的影响很小。
The peak concentration of chlorine ion in concret.e is an important parameter for the prediction of the durability life of RC structures based on steel bar corrosion. Its time dependence and randomness depend on the erosion environment, material performance and loads and so on. Based on the exposure test for RC members with different flexural loads under the natural marine tidal environment, and the measured free chlorine ion concentration in pure flexural concrete, the influence of flexural loads on the randomness distribution of chlorine ion peak concentration in the concrete zones was analyzed. The analysis results showed that, the mean value of the peak concentration of free chlorine ion was influenced most by flexural loads and the water - cement ratio of concrete and the exposure time ; the majority of free chlorine ion peak concentration in concrete under flexural loads followed lognormal distribution, despite in the compressive stress zones or in the tensile stress zones. The influence of flexural loads, the water - cement ratio and the exposure time of concrete on the distribution type of free chloride peak concentration was very little.
