通过水泥砂浆的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度与粘结强度试验,对火成岩纤维及碳纤维的水泥砂浆的增强性能进行了研究。结果表明,掺加火成岩纤维可提高水泥砂浆的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度,纤维的体积掺量为0.1%~0.3%时增强效果最好,且体积掺量对水泥砂浆抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度的影响大于纤维长度的影响;在掺加量不超过0.9%的情况下,水泥砂浆的粘结强度随着短切火成岩纤维的体积掺量的增加而增加,但碳纤维水泥砂浆粘结强度的增强效果优于火成岩纤维。
This paper presents the exPerimental results of compressive strength and splitting tensile strength and binding strength of two types of cement mortar mixed with igneous fiber and carbon fiber, and studies the reinforcing performance of these two types of fibers. Results show that the igneous fiber mortar improves the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength and optimum reinforcing effects are achieved at the fiber volume content of range 0.1% - 0.3%. The fiber volume content has an greater influence on both the compressive and splitting tensile strengths than that of fiber length. In the condition of fiber volume content below 0.9%, the binding strength of igneous fiber mortar increases with the increase in the volume content of chopped fiber, and carbon fiber produces a better reinforcing effect on binding strength than that of igneous fiber.
