本文提出一种不同于常规脉压的扩展脉压,这种脉压方式可以得到更多的信号信息,为超宽带LFM脉压信号产生系统提供有效的分析手段。本文首先介绍了扩展脉压的原理,并在工程调试中加以应用。借助这种分析方法确定了某机载SAR超宽带LFM波形产生系统出现成对回波的原因,并分析了载漏和镜频对波形脉压性能的影响,为改善系统性能提供了依据。改进后的波形产生系统的脉压性能优良,满足了系统要求。
An expended pulse compression which is different from traditional pulse compression is proposed. More signal information can be obtained by using this pulse compression, which provides an effective analysis means for ultra - wideband (UWB) linear frequency modulation (LFM) waveform generating system. Principle of expended pulse compression and its practical application in engineering adjustment are introduced. By using this analysis method, the reason leads to generation of paired return signals in the UWB LFM waveform generating system for an airborne synthetic aperture radar (SAR) is found, and impact of carrier leak and the image frequency jamming on waveform pulse compression performance is analyzed, which provides some reference for system performance im- provement. The improved waveform generating system can provide good pulse compression performance to meet sys- tem demands.
