绝缘介质的介电频谱是绝缘聚合物研究中非常重要的参数。由于测量原理、测量方法和测量技术的不同,对相同材料的实际测量结果常常有偏差,这给绝缘聚合物的研究带来许多困难。为了得到一个准确的测量结果,利用Agilent 16451B电极夹具配合Agilent 4294A精密阻抗分析仪,采用接触法和非接触法分别对线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、有机玻璃(PMMA)和聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜进行介电频谱测试。实验结果表明,非接触法是测量绝缘介质介电频谱较合适的方法,可以获得一个准确的结果。对于工频下的电桥测量,采用专门设计的柔性联接精密接触电极也能得到精确的测量结果。
Dielectric spectroscopy is an important parameter for the study of polymer insulating material.Because of the difference in measuring principles and methods,the actual measurement results for the same material have deviations from each other.This gives difficulties to the study of insulating polymers.To get accurate measurement results,Agilent 16451B electrode system,Agilent 4294A precision impedance analyzer and a variety of methods were applied to the measurement of the dielectric spectroscopy of low-density polyethylene(LDPE),PMMA and PI,in which the contact method,non-contact method,coating and non-coating method were involved.Comparison indicates that non-contact method is more suitable for measuring the dielectric spectroscopy of polymer dielectrics.When measured by AC bridge in the power frequency,a specially designed precision contact electrode can also give accurate results.
