铝合金网壳结构近年来得到了广泛的应用,传统的节点形式难以满足铝合金结构的发展.新型铸铝节点的研究表明,其在构造和受力方面都满足结构的要求,但其承载力的设计公式还未给出.本文利用经过试验验证的可靠的有限元模型进行弹性有限元分析,研究铸铝节点在不同受力状态下的应力分布,并与由材料力学方法得到的结果进行比较,给出了铸铝节点的应力集中系数和简化的承载力设计公式.与试验研究、有限元分析结果的比较表明,简化计算公式具有良好的适用性,而且考虑到铸铝节点的脆性破坏形式而预留了一定的安全储备,能够为铸铝节点的合理设计提供依据.
Aluminum reticulated shell structures have been widly used in China recently.Traditional types of joints can not meet the development of aluminum structures.The research on new cast aluminum joint shows that it has a good behavior on construction details and mechanical properties.However,design formulas for loading capacities of cast aluminum joint have not been proposed.Based on finite element models whose reliability has been confirmed by experimental investigation,elastic analysis was carried out.And distribution of stresses under several different loading conditions was compared with the result of the theoretical analysis by mechanics of materials.Stress concentration factors of this novel cast aluminum joint were then given out and simplified formulas to calculate its loading capacity were put forward.Compared with the results gained from experiments and finite element analysis,simplified calculation formulas not only show favorable applicability,but also have enough safety to prevent the brittle failure of cast aluminum joint.Therefore,they can provide valuable references for reliable design of the novel cast aluminum joint.
