直接暴露在自然环境中的铝合金桥面板,对其耐久性能特别是耐磨性能和耐腐蚀性能的要求很高,目前国内尚未见到相关的试验研究。本文通过对天津海河蚌埠桥铝合金桥面板进行耐磨试验研究,总结提出了一套可行的试验方法,并对其耐磨寿命进行了评估。铝合金桥面板耐磨试验采用材料磨损试验标准试件进行线摩擦,寿命评估是通过本文建立的评估模型计算得到桥面板防滑棱的耐磨寿命。试验结果表明,天津海河蚌埠桥铝合金桥面板的耐磨性能良好,耐磨寿命满足工程要求。本文提出的耐磨试验方法对今后的工程研究有一定的指导意义,试验结论也有利于促进铝合金材料在桥梁结构中更广泛的应用。
High performance of wearability and corrosion resistance is required for the exposed aluminum alloy bridge deck,but at present there is little sound experimental research.In this paper,feasible test methods are proposed from the experimental research on the wearability of the aluminum alloy bridge deck of Bengbu Bridge in Haihe Tianjin,and the life is assessed.The line friction test of standard specimens was adopted,and the aluminum alloy bridge deck's wear life was calculated by a model proposed in this paper.The test results show that the wearability of the aluminum alloy bridge deck is qualified and can meet the project requirements.The test method proposed in this paper has practical guiding significance for future engineering research,and the test results are advantageous to the promotion of application of aluminum alloy in the bridge projects.
