In this paper,actuality and history of multi-thiometallates in synthesis are reviewed.And some key factors,such as templating agent,chelating agent and solvent etc,during the synthesis of the three series of multi-thiometallates are discussed.Furthermore,future development aspects of researches about those multi-thiometallates are proposed.
