采用钠基膨润土为原料,阳离子表面活性剂为改性剂,制备了多种有机膨润土。将其应用于水溶液中硫氰酸根离子的吸附,借助XRD、FTIR等手段对吸附剂物化性能进行表征。研究结果表明:十六烷基三甲基溴化铵改性的有机膨润土(CTMA+-Bent)对硫氰酸根离子的吸附效果较好,在硫氰酸根离子质量浓度为100mg/L的100mL溶液中,加入CTMA+-Bent 1.5g,溶液初始pH=6.7,室温下振荡吸附60min时,CTMA+-Bent对硫氰酸根离子的吸附率可达91.63%.CTMA+-Bent对硫氰酸根离子吸附符合Langmuir等温吸附模型,用准一级、准二级模型进行了动力学分析,回归结果表明,准二级模型更准确地反映了吸附动力。热力学参数的计算得到ΔG〈0,表明CTMA+-Bent对硫氰酸根离子的吸附是自发的;ΔH〈0,说明吸附是一个放热过程。
The adsorption behavior of organobentonites for thiocyanate ion in water was ex-amined. The organobentonites were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier trans-form infrared (FTIR). Firstly, the bentonite was modified by cationic surfactant. Then, the ad-sorption experiment of organobentonites for thiocyanate ion shows that the cationic surfactantwas inserted into the bentonite layer, and the adsorption performance of the bentonite (CTMA-Bent) ,which was modified by cetyltrim ethylammonium bromide (CTMAB),for thiocyanate ionin water was excellent. When the adsorption time was 1 h and the dosage was 1.5 g for 100 mL of100 mg/L thiocyanate ion solution at room temperature (pH = 6.7), the removal rate reached91.63~//00. The adsorption isotherm for thiocyanate ion corresponds with Langmuir equation. Ki-netic analysis was conducted using pseudo first and second order models. Regression results showthat the adsorption kinetics is more accurately represented by the pseudo second order model.The calculated thermodynamic parameters are.- AG〈0, indicating that the adsorption of thiocyanate is spontaneous AH〈0, indicating that the absorption reaction is exothermic.
