采用共沉淀法合成了不同摩尔比的MgCoAl类水滑石,应用XRD、IR手段进行表征,考察了它们在苯甲醛氧化成苯甲酸反应中的催化活性。研究表明,MgCoAl类水滑石具有很高的催化活性,在温度60℃时,当V(苯甲醛):V(乙酸)=3:9,催化剂n(Mg%2+):n(C0^2+):n(Al^3+)=0.4:1.6:1.0的用量为0.1g时,反应60min,苯甲醛的转化率近100%,苯甲酸的选择性为100%。
MgCoAl-hydrotalcite like compounds with different cation ratios were prepared by coprecipitation method. The structures of MgCoAl-HTLcs were characterized by means of XRD, IR and the catalytic activities were studied by the reaction of phenyl aldehyde to benzoic acid. Both the conversion of phenyl aldehyde and the selectivity of benzoic acid were up to 100~ under following conditions : temperature=60℃, 0. lg catalyst with Mg^2+/Co^2+/Al^3+ = 0. 4/1. 6/1. 0 , V(phenyl aldehyde)/V(ethanoic acid ) = 3 : 9, reaction time = 60 min.
