采用尿素热解法水热合成了晶相单一、结晶度较好的NiAl-HTLcs材料,借助XRD、SEM、N2吸附-脱附等手段对其结构进行了表征,并将其应用于苯甲醛合成安息香醚类的反应当中。详细研究了反应物配比、反应温度及时间、催化剂组成结构及其用量等因素对该反应活性及选择性的影响,并对反应机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明:NiAl-HTLcs在乙醇存在的条件下可以很好地催化苯甲醛至安息香乙醚。在75℃下,当V(苯甲醛)∶V(乙醇)=3∶40,催化剂(n(Ni)/n(Al)=3)的用量为0.2 g时,反应1 h,苯甲醛的转化率可达54.83%,安息香乙醚的选择性近100%。
NiAl-HTLcs with single phase and high crystalization were synthesized by a hydrothermal method utilizing urea hydrolysis.Their physicochemical properties were characterized by XRD,SEM and N2-adsorption/desorption measurements.They were applied in the synthesis of benzoin ethyl ether from ethanol and benzaldehyde.The effect factors such as the ratio of reactant,the dosage of catalyst,synthetic temperature,reaction time,and the composition and structure of catalyst were discussed separately.The reaction mechanism was set forth.The results show that the NiAl-HTLcs could be used as an excellent catalyst in the synthesis of benzoin ethyl ether from ethanol and phenyl aldehyde.The conversion of phenyl aldehyde was up to 54.83%,and the selectivity of benzoin ethyl ether was nearly 100% under following reaction condition:temperature 75℃,V(phenylaldehyde)/V(ethanol)=3∶40,catalyst 0.2 g,reaction time 1 h.
