用化学方法合成了聚吡咯/聚苯胺微管,采用扫描电镜研究了吡咯/苯胺的比例、苯胺的加入方式、β-NSA浓度与APS滴加速度对聚吡咯/苯胺产物的形貌的影响。结果表明,合成聚吡咯/聚苯胺微管的优化条件为:吡咯/苯胺比1:3,苯胺加入速度1drop/min,β-NSA浓度0.6mol/L,APS滴加速度0.5drop/min。吡咯在反应过程中起到控制类模板尺寸的作用。
Polypyrrole/polyaniline microtubules were prepared by using the chemical method. The influencing factors including ratio of pyrrole/aniline, adding method of aniline, concentration of β-NSA and adding speed of APS were studied through SEM. The results show that the optimum preparing condition of polypyrrole/aniline microtubules is that pyrrole/aniline is 1:3, adding speed of aniline is ldrop/min, concentration of β-NSA is 0. 6 mol/L, and adding speed of APS is 0. 5 drop/min. Pyrrole controlled the size of polypyrrole/polyaniline microtubules in the process of reaction.
