The kinematic analysis of the three degree of freedom clamp with adjustable gradient was carried out to determine the relationship between the angle of the workbench and the motor. Then the position vector of the workpiece origin coordinate was obtained, which is relative to the base coordinate. Using VC++ 6.0 as development platform, combined with OpenGL technology, the 3DS model was put into VC and shown correctly. Base of that, each part would be controlled separately. In addition, mixed programming with Matlab and VC was applied for image processing and the result was shown in VC.
