随着我国航天事业的飞速发展,航天器的功能日趋强大,由于空间飞行任务复杂性和多样性,空间可展机构将发挥着更加重要的作用,其关键技术的研究将具有更大的应用价值及现实意义.针对一种基于空间多面体的概念引申而出的空间球形可展机构,通过分析确定了其结构参数,进行了自顶向下设计及参数化建模,并进一步完成了球形可展机构构型设计系统与建模软件的无缝集成和二次开发,通过界面操作和后台运算,获取其构型设计模型结果.
With the rapid development of Chings space industry,the function of the space craft is becoming more powerful,and the complexity and diversity of space flight tasks,space deployable mechanisms will play a more important role,and the key technology research will be of greater application value and practical significance.In this paper,aiming at a kind of space spherical deployable mechanism based on the concept of space polyhedron,the structure parameters are determined through the analysis,the method of top -down design and parameterized modeling is presented,and further the Pro/E Customized Development for spherical deployable mechanism is completed.Through the interface and background operation,the results of configuration design for space spherical deployable mechanism can be obtained.
