目的:研究缬草各提取物抗实验性心律失常的作用。方法:采用乌头碱、氯仿建立诱导的心律失常模型,分剐给予缬草各提取物,观察其心律失常作用,比较组间差异。结果:缬草提取物中水提部位在50和25g·kg^-1(按生药计)能非常显著推迟乌头碱致大鼠室性早搏(VE)、室性纤颤(VF)发生时间,减少室颤发生率(P〈0.01);正丁醇部位在50g·kg^-1(按生药计)显著推迟乌头碱致大鼠室性早搏(VE)、室性纤颤(VF)发生时间,减少室颤发生率(P〈0.05),在生药25g·kg^-1时显著减少死亡率;挥发油部位在50和25g·kg^-1(按生药计)能非常显著降低氯仿所致小鼠室颤发生率(P〈0.01);醋酸乙酯部位在25g·kg^-1(按生药计)显著降低氯仿所致小鼠室颤发生率(P〈0.05)。结论:缬草水提部位为主要的抗心律失常部位。
OBJECTIVE To study the antiarrhythmic effect of extracts of Valeriana officinalis. METHODS The arrhyth mic animal models were respectively performed by aconitine (rats) and trichloromethane (mice). The treatment groups were given with the extracts of Valeriana officinalis, the positve-effect drug treatment group gained lidocaine (rats) or propranolol (mice), and the control group gained only normal saline. Make a comparison among the arrhythmic pictures in all groups. RESULTS Water-extracts of Valeriana officinalis L. could markedly delay the occurring time of ventricular extrasystole, ventricular fibrillation (VF) caused by aconitine in rats; reduce the ratio of VF,P〈0. 01 ;. n-BuOH extracts could markedly delay the occurring time of ventricular extrasystole, ventricular fibrillation (VF) caused by aconitine in rats; and reduce the ratio of VF,P〈0. 05; essential oil of Valeriana officinalis L could markedly reduce the ratio of VF caused by trichloromethane in mice,P〈0. 01 ;. ethyl acetate extract of Valeriana officinalis L could markedly reduce the ratio of VF,P〈0. 05 (comparing with positive drags, ). CONCLUSION The water-extract is the most effective of the extracts of Valeriana officinalis L. on cardiac arrhythmias.
