采用S型铂铑热电偶结合XMT-000/5000系列智能仪表对燃烧器内火焰温度场进行检测研究,结果表明,燃烧器火焰温度,沿预热器内表面从下到上呈下降趋势,下部火焰直射部位温度最高,为760℃,出气管的引流作用是预热器内壁损坏的主要原因,为醇基液体燃烧器的进一步改进提供实验依据。
In the paper, a S type thermocouple and a XMT-4000/5000 intelligent instrument is used, the flame temperature in the burner is measured. The results show that the flame temperature on the inner surface of the burner decreases with the height of measuring point, the top temperature (760℃) arises on the spot beamed directly by flame. We think that the drainage effect of gas pipe is the main reason of the inner wall damage, which provide the experimental basis for the improvement of the burner.
