为适应装车要求,并提高甲醇喷嘴的可靠性,研究设计了第三代甲醇裂解器.通过对裂解器外部形状的改进设计和采用独特的回醇冷却的方式,既满足了装车要求,又解决了甲醇喷嘴高温可靠性问题.同时,为了确保裂解气发动机的性能,在点燃式电控发动机上进行试验研究.结果表明:研制的第三代甲醇裂解器,发动机的动力性达到了与原机相当的水平;甲醇的当量燃料消耗率较汽油降低14.3%-30.7%;最小的甲醇与汽油的容积替换比为1.43.
A third-generation methanol reformer, which can dissociate methanol by exhaust heat, for electronic- controlled engine was developed and tested. The testing results show that the engine with the reformer can improve the thermal efficiency, and equivalent specific fuel 三者 consumption of methanol reduced by 14.3%--30.7% compared to gasoline and keep the power performance. The minimum substitution ratio of methanol to gasoline can reach 1.43 (on volume).
