在1台6缸增压中冷直喷柴油机上进行了柴油/甲醇组合燃烧(DMCC)台架试验,通过标定DMCC模式下的全工况喷醇脉谱,分析其在动力性不变的条件,经济性和排放特性的变化情况。并将DMCC模式应用到1辆牵引卡车上进行双燃料道路试验,监测其在不同路况下发动机的运行区域。结果表明:在保持车速不变的情况下,采用DMCC模式后油门开度会减小,最大可减小12.5%;在定点高速公路上采用DMCC模式后,车辆在空载和重载工况时油门开度分别减小了9.6%和8.9%,甲醇对柴油的平均替代率为29.23%,整车的燃油经济性提高了6.66%,其NOx和微粒排放也有所改善。
Experiments were conducted on a 6-cylinder turbocharged,inter-cooling,direct-injection diesel engine with diesel/methanol compound combustion(DMCC).The operation map of methanol injection was calibrated at the whole running under the DMCC mode.With constant power output,both the fuel economy and exhaust emission were analyzed.Field tests were conducted on a truck with the turbo-intercooled DMCC diesel engine and operating areas were monitored under different road conditions.The results show that at the same operating condition the moving range of acceleration pedal of the engine under DMCC mode is decreased.The maximum pedal decline is about 12.5%.The moving ranges of the pedal with light and heavy load are decreased by 9.6% and 8.9% respectively.The substitution ratio of methanol to diesel is 29.23%,the fuel economy can be improved by 6.66% under DMCC mode and NOx and PM are reduced remarkably.
