制备了不同比例(稀土原子/钛原子)稀土掺杂二氧化钛样品(标记为Re/Ti O2,Re=La、Tb、Dy、Yb),并运用XRD对Re/Ti O2的晶体结构进行表征。对稀土掺杂前后Ti O2吸附催化溶液中As(III)的性能进行测试,实验数据表明4种Re/Ti O2对As(III)的催化效果较纯Ti O2均有所提高,其中0.8%Yb/Ti O2吸附催化60 min时降解率可达到93.4%。采用一级动力学模型来描述Re/Ti O2对溶液中As(III)的光照催化氧化过程,拟合所得方程线性良好。
Re/Ti O2(La、Tb、Dy、Yb) were prepared by sol-gel method, and their crystal structures were characterized by XRD. In order to analyze the effect of rare earth doping on photocatalytic capacity of Ti O2, a photocatalytic activity test was carried out, and the test result shows: three kinds of Re/Ti O2 have better photocatalytic capacity for As(III). First order kinetics model is used to describe the catalytic oxidation process of Re/Ti O2 for As(III) in the solution.
