Sensitivity of parameters that constitute 3G license does not attract much attention during thetalks of when 3G license would be issued, how issued, and how much it would be issued. It is a very complex job to tell and confirm parameters of 3G license while regard it as the real option. In this article, the author will conduct a survey to tell the price sensitivity of those parameters.
