目的:对沙煲暗罗根的化学成分进行研究。方法:运用硅胶和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱,以及制备薄层色谱等方法分离纯化化合物,通过渡谱数据和理化性质鉴定结构。结果:从沙煲暗罗根中得到10个化合物:5,7-二羟基-8-甲酰基-6-甲基黄烷酮(1),demethoxymatteucinol(2),5,7-二羟基-6-甲基-8-甲酰基黄酮(3),5,7-二羟基-6-甲酰基-8-甲基黄酮(4),MarcanineA(5),suberosol(6),β-谷甾醇(7),香草醛(8),肉桂酸(9),烟酸(10)。结论:化合物1-4为首次从该属中分离得到,所有化合物为首次从该植物中分离得到。化合物6对人肿瘤细胞SPC-A-1和SGC-7901显示有细胞毒性。
AIM: To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Polyalthia obliqua. METHODS: The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 and preparative TLC. Their structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and physiochemical properties. RESULTS: Ten compounds were isolated and their structures were elucidated as 5,7-dihydroxy-8-formyl-6-methylflavanone (1), demethoxymatteucin ol (2), 5,7-dihydroxy-6-methyl-8-formylflavone (3), 5, 7-dihy- droxy-6-formyl-8-methylflavone (4), marcanine A (5), suberosol (6), β-sitosteral (7), vanillin (8), cinnamic acid (9) and nicotinic acid (10). CONCLUSION: Compounds 1-4 were reported from the genus for the first time. All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound 6 showed cytotoxicity against human cancer cell lines SPC-A-1 and SGC-7901.
