目的研究薜荔茎的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sehadex LH-20、ODS、HPLC等色谱技术进行分离纯化,然后通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从薜荔茎乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到9个化合物,经鉴定分别为佛手柑内酯(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、6α-羟基豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(3)、6β-羟基豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(4)、3β-羟基豆甾-5-烯-7-酮(5)、4-acetonyl-3,5-dimerhoxy-p-quinol(6)、胡萝卜苷(7)、柚皮素(8)、金圣草黄素(9)。结论化合物3、4、5和9均为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物1和6为首次从该属植物中分离得到,并首次对化合物6的碳谱数据进行了归属。
AIM To investigate the chemical constituents from the stems of Ficus pumila. METHODS The compounds were isolated by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS and HPLC column chromatography. Then their structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated and elucidated as bergaten( 1),β-sitosterol( 2),6α-hydroxystimast-4-ene-3-one( 3),6β-hydroxystimast-4-ene-3-one( 4),3β-Hydroxysitost-5-en-7-one( 5),4-acetonyl-3,5-dimerhoxy-p-quinol( 6),daucosterol( 7),( S)-naringenin( 8) and chrysoeriol( 9). CONCLUSION Compounds 3,4,5 and 9 are firstly isolated from this plant. Compounds 1 and 6 are obtained from this genus for the first time,and it is the first time that the13 C spectroscopic data of compounds 6 are identified.
