通过乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)的皂化产物EVAL与聚醚型聚氨酯预聚体(PU)之间的接枝反应,合成了一种新型的接枝共聚物EVA-g-PU,用^13CNMR和FTIR对产物进行了结构表征。结果表明,PU预聚体成功接枝在EVA主链上;接枝共聚物的熔点随PU预聚体含量的升高而升高,接枝共聚物的储能模量相对于纯EVA有较大程度的提高,PU预聚体的加入能有效改善接枝聚合物的热稳定性能。
A new type of graft copolymer EVA-g-PU was synthesized from EVAL and polyurethane (PU) prepolymer by means of graft reaction, and the product was characterized by means of ^13C N-MR and FTIR. The resuits indicated PU prepolymer was grafted onto the EVA main chain successfully. The melting temperature of the EVA-g-PU rose with the increase of the content of PU prepolymer. The storage modulus of EVA-g-PU was much higher than that of pure EVA. The thermal stabilities of EVA-g-PU could be improved effectively by the addition of PU prepolymer content.
