采用脉冲激光冲击法在碳钢表面制备了表面织构,借助扫描电镜、光学显微镜及表面粗糙度仪对其形貌进行了表征,研究了其结构参数对摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明,激光表面织构呈规则的矩形阵列分布,形貌为规则的圆形,其周围存在环形热影响区及微量的垄起。其面积分布率和径深比对摩擦学性能具有显著的影响。当其值分别为35%和6∶1时具有最佳的润滑抗磨性能,其摩擦因数和磨损率相对未织构化处理试样分别降低21%~33%和49.9%。
The surface texture was manufactured by the pulsed laser impact method. The morphology of the as-prepared texture was characterized by SEM, OM and surface coarseness profiling instrument. The effects of structural parameters on tribological properties were also investigated. Results show that the laser surface texture distributes uniformly with rectangular arrays and circular shape. The heat-affected rings and small bulges exist around the texture. The area ration and the diameter to depth ration have significant effect on the tribological properties of laser surface texture. The surface texture shows the most excellent lubricating and anti-wear properties appear when the arearatio is 35% and the diameter to depth ratio is 6 : 1. The corresponding friction coefficient and wear rate decrease by 21%-33% and 49.9%, respectively, referencing to those of the untextured specimen.
