RAS相关结构域家族(RASSFs)由10个成员组成,这些家族成员已被确认为抑癌基因,可以通过多种途径调控细胞增殖、促进细胞凋亡和衰老,维持微管的稳定性、调节细胞的黏附和运动性。研究发现RASSF4在正常组织中广泛表达,而在人类肿瘤细胞中由于启动子甲基化表达下调,RASSF4还可诱导细胞凋亡,其关于信号转导途径的研究也有了一定发展。本文就其研究进展进行综述。
The RAS-association domain family (RASSFs) contains l0 members, which have all been confirmed to be the tumor suppressor genes, are related to the inhibition of cell growth, induc- tion of cell apoptosis, aging and the stability of microtubules, and cell adhesion and motility. Re- cently, RASSF4 is found to be expressed broadly in normal tissue, while it is frequently down- regulated by the methylation of the promoter region in human tumor cells. RASSF4 can also in- duce cell apoptosis. The study of its signal transduction pathways also have reached to a certain extent. Here we review the current research progress on RASSF4.
