细胞自噬是广泛存在于真核生物体内的一种物质代谢过程,其主要是通过降解细胞中受损伤的细胞器、大分子物质,参与维持细胞稳态和细胞物质再循环过程。研究发现,自噬能够参与正链RNA病毒的感染过程,同时病毒进化出一定的机制来调节自噬以促进自身的增殖。本文主要对近年来正链RNA病毒的感染和细胞自噬相互作用的研究进展进行综述,以期为抗病毒研究提供一定的参考。
Autophagy is a substance metabolism process that widely exists in eukaryotic organisms.The main function of autophagy is to keep the homeostasis and cellular material recycling by degrading the damaged organelles and macromolecular substances.Previous studies found that autophagy can participate in the process of positive-strand RNA virus infection.Meanwhile,the pathogens evolve certain strategies to take advantages of autophagy and promote their replication.In this review,we summarize recent research progresses on the interactions between positive-strand RNA viruses and autophagy.
