从组织视角研究组织即兴对企业绩效的影响,并引入环境动态性和组织吸收能力进行调节。研究发现:组织即兴的四个维度对企业的整体绩效均表现出不同程度的正向影响作用;环境动态性程度分别对组织即兴的四个维度与企业绩效之间的关系起到显著的正向调节作用;组织吸收能力对资源整合、即时协同与组织即兴之间的关系起到显著的正向调节作用,但组织吸收能力对意图创造、立即反应与组织即兴之间关系的调节作用并不显著。
This paper examines the influence of organization improvisation on business performance from the perspective of organizations, and introduces environmental dynamism and organizational absorptive capability to moderate. Conclusions are summarized as follows. Firstly, "letting go", "making do", resources integration and real-time synergy in different degrees have positive influence on business performance. Secondly, Environmental dynamism positively moderates the process that "letting go", "making do", resources integration and real-time synergy affect business performance. Thirdly, organizational absorptive capability positively moderates the process that resources integration and real-time synergy affect business performance while no significant moderating effect between "letting go", "making do "and business performance.
