本文从组织视角研究组织即兴对竞争优势的影响,并引入环境不确定性和组织柔性进行调节。研究发现:组织即兴四个维度对企业的竞争优势均表现出不同程度的正向影响作用;环境不确定性程度分别对组织即兴的四个维度与竞争优势之间的关系起到显著的正向调节作用,对立即反应和即时协同与竞争优势之间关系的调节更为显著;组织柔性分别对组织即兴的四个维度与竞争优势之间的关系起到显著的正向调节作用,对立即反应和意图创造与竞争优势之间关系的调节更为显著。
This paper examines the effect of organization improvisation on competitive advantage from the perspective of organizations, and introduces environmental uncertainty and organizational flexibility to moderate. Conclusions are summarized as follows. Firstly, "letting go"," making do", resources integration and real-time synergy have positive influence on competitive advantage to some degree. Secondly, environmental uncertainty positively moderates the process that "letting go", "making do", resources integration and real-time synergy affect competitive advantage and the moderating effect of "letting go" and real-time synergy is more significant. Thirdly, organizational flexibility positively moderates the process that "letting go" ," making do", resources integration and real-time synergy affect competitive advantage and the moderating effect of "letting go" and "making do" is more significant. These findings expand the organization's existing theories of improvisation, providing important reference for enterprises on how to improve capability of improvisational operation.
