通过分析基于VHDL模拟故障注入技术对SEU故障注入的不足,提出一种基于VHDL与C语言混合的注入方法。在此基础上,设计实现一款面向SEU的仿真故障注入平台,对该平台的结构及主要模块进行详细的描述。以LEON 2处理器为目标系统进行故障注入实验,实验结果验证了该平台能够实现有效的故障注入。
By analyzing the weakness of current several ways of SEU fault injection based on VHDL technology,an injection method mixed by VHDL and C language was proposed.A simulation and fault injection platform was designed,and the structure and main module function of this platform were described in detail.The effectiveness was validated by the experimental results of fault injection,having LEON 2processor as the objective.
