采用金属磁记忆方法对摩擦磨损实验前后的45钢试样进行检测,研究了磨损前后试样表面磁信号的变化规律。结果表明:摩擦磨损实验前后,试样表面磁信号发生显著变化;磁信号在试样表面磨损区域产生磁异变峰,磁异变峰宽度能定量表征试样表面磨损区域大小,通过对磁异变峰形态的分析,能定性判断试样表面磨损程度。最后,采用经典带磁偶极子模型理论对实验现象加以解释。
Metal magnetic memory method was employed to detect 0.45%C steel samples in order to develop the variation law of magnetic signals in the process of frictional wear. The results showed that magnetic signals of the samples obviously changed before and after frictional wear tests. There existed abnormal magnetic peak in the wear district. By the analysis of the width and shape of the abnormal magnetic peak, the size of the wear district can be exactly known and the damage degree of the sample can be also qualitatively judged. Meanwhile, the experimental phenomena was explained by the theory of magnetic doublet model.
