本文借助静载拉伸实验进行特种钢18CrNiWA试件的磁信号变化测试,验证了磁记忆检测技术用于该材料损伤检验的可行性。结果显示,弹塑性加载阶段试件磁信号差别显著,检测方式的不同对试件磁特性有明显影响,离线检测较在线检测实际效果更好。此外,对实验过程中磁场强度变化现象做了相应的解释。
The damage of 18CrNiWA steel during static tensile testing was evaluated using magnetic memory testing technology that is characterized by the changes of the magnetic signal, The result indicates that distinct difference exists between the elastic loading phase and the plastic loading phase, and the magnetic characteristic is obviously influenced by different testing methods, and actual effect of off-line testing is better than that of on-line testing. Furthermore, the phenomenon of magnetic field strength changing during experiment process is explained correspondingly.
