It is introduced the method inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry to determine the aluminum,magnesium,silicon,manganese,titanium oxide in mold flux.Mold flux sample to carbon, mixed with boric acid,anhydrous sodium carbonate flux melting,hydrochloric acid dissolves,the capacity analysis,determinate the results.Results show that this method can simultaneously determine a variety of elements,good accuracy and high precision,and the method is simple,rapid,and can be used for quanti-tative analysis of the mold flux.
