结合LX82A凝固特性以及连铸保护渣应满足的基本条件,分析了铸坯表面产生裂纹及凹坑的原因。对现行保护渣的成分和理化性能进行分析。结果表明,铸坯缺陷产生主要是由于保护渣理化性能不合理而导致铸坯润滑不良引起的。阐明了保护渣理化性能优化方向和思路,提出了适宜的保护渣熔点、粘度、熔速及碱度。对优化后的保护渣进行现场使用,工业效果良好,使铸坯表面质量得到明显改善。
Based on the solidification characteristics of LX82A and the basic condition of continuous casting mold flux, the causes of cracks and concave on the surface of the slab were analyzed. The composition and physical and chemical properties of the present mold flux were analyzed. The results show that the defects in the casting slab are mainly caused by the poor physical and chemical properties of the mold flux. The optimization direction and ideas of mold flux in physical chemical properties are put forward with suitable melting point, viscosity, melting speed and alkalinity of mold flux. The use effect of the optimizedmold flux in industry is good, the surface quality of billet is significantly improved.
