2012款速腾轿车在行驶过程中频繁发生后悬架纵臂断裂事故,针对此问题,利用仿真软件从理论上探讨其断裂原因。首先,利用UG软件建立速腾轿车后悬架的简化三维模型,然后将三维模型导入ANSYS Workbench软件,建立其有限元模型。最后,在此模型基础上,进行后悬架的静力学分析和疲劳分析,得出后悬架在发生纵向跳动和横向摆动时纵臂的应力云图和在一定条件下的疲劳寿命分布云图。结果显示,在纵臂蜂腰处,纵臂易发生疲劳断裂,与实际情况相符,并针对此分析结果提出速腾后悬架改进措施。
The Sagitar 2012 Rear suspension trailing arm fracture accidents occurred frequently. To solve this problem,simulation software was used to analyze the cause of the fracture theoretically. First,the three-dimensional model was made by UG. Then,put the model into ANSYS Workbench software,The Finite Element Analysis(FEA)model was established.Finally,based on this model,FEA static stress analysis and fatigue analysis was preceded. The stress contour and fatigue life contour of the trailing arm were obtained when the rear suspension occur vertical jump and lateral oscillation. The results show that there was the possibility of strength failure of the rear suspension,but in the wasp waist of the trailing arm,fatigue fragmentation happened easily. The result was in accordance with actual status,based on the result of the analysis,and to propose improving measures of the Sagitar Rear suspension.
