提出一种新型压电换能器式波发生器驱动的压电谐波电机。首先研究新型压电谐波电机的结构及工作原理。然后进行压电换能器波发生器的设计,设计两级变幅杆压电换能器的结构以及两级杠杆式位移放大机构。最后利用有限元分析软件Ansys,进行压电波发生器的输出位移分析,通过有限元模态分析,获得压电换能器的纵振模态及振动频率,瞬态分析获得压电换能器变幅杆前端质点的最大位移,在此基础上,通过位移放大机构的静力学分析,获得压电波发生器的最大输出位移,结果显示该位移能够满足柔轮的弹性变形需求。
A new type of piezoelectric harmonic motor was presented, which was driven by piezoelectric transducer wave generator. First, the structure and working principle of the new type harmonic piezomotor was researched. And then designed the piezoelectric wave generator, which contained the piezoelectric transducer with two levels amplitude transformer, and the two levels leveraged displacement amplifier. At last, analysised the output displacement of piezoelectric wave generator by the analysis software Ansys, got the longitudinal vibration modal and vibration frequency from modal analysis, the maximum displacement of partial which in the front-end of amplitude bar. On this basis, through the static analysis of the displacement amplification mechanism, got the biggest output displacement of the piezoelectric wave generator. The results show that the displacement can meet the demand of elastic deformation of the flexspline.
