传统电机不能同时满足体积小、速度低、不易受电磁干扰等要求,为克服这一问题,提出一种新型压电谐波电动机.首先分析压电谐波电动机的工作原理,在控制系统的作用下压电波发生器产生周期性机械运动,并作用于柔轮使其产生周期性变形,从而实现压电谐波电动机的低速稳定输出.然后设计压电谐波电动机的结构,压电谐波电动机由压电波发生器和谐波摩擦传动系统组成,其压电波发生器由压电陶瓷驱动器和位移放大机构构成.最后分析了位移放大机构的理论位移放大倍数,并利用ANSYS软件对位移放大机构进行分析,获得其最大输出位移、最大等效应力及实际放大倍数,分析结果显示位移放大机构的位移放大效果满足柔轮径向变形的需求.
Traditional motor can't satisfy the small volume,low speed and is not subject to electromagnetic interference at the same time.In order to overcome the question,a novel piezoelectric harmonic motor was proposed.The working principle of piezoelectric harmonic motor was analyzed.The wave generator can produce periodic mechanical movement under the control of control system,and drive the flexspline produce periodic deformation,then the low speed and stability output was produced by piezoelectric harmonic motor.And the structure of piezoelectric harmonic motor was designed,the piezoelectric harmonic motor is composed of piezoelectric wave generator,which is composed of ceramic piezoactuator and displacement amplifier,and harmonic friction drive.The theoretical amplification constant of displacement amplifier was analyzed.The maximum output displacement,maximum equivalent stress and the real amplification constant of the displacement amplifier were analyzed by using ANSYS software.The results show that the displacement enlargement by displacement amplifier can meet the requirements of radial deformation of flexspline.
