微流控芯片技术作为近年来最前沿的分析技术之一,具有微型化、高通量、高内涵、多功能集成等特点,在药物活性研究领域中得到广泛的关注。本文简单介绍了微流控芯片的原理和相关技术,从细胞、“器官”、模式生物3个层面综述微流控芯片技术在药物活性研究中的应用进展,并展望了微流控芯片的发展前景。
Microfluidic chip, which is one of the most striking analytical technologies in recent years, has many ben- efits including miniaturizing, high -throughput, high -content, and multi -functional intergration. It has received widespread attention in the field of drug activity research. This paper briefly introduced the general concept of mi- erofluidic chip and related technologies. The applications of microfluidic chips in drug activity research were re- viewed from aspects of cells, organs and organisms. At last, the development of microfluidic chips was prospected.
