表面等离子共振生物传感器技术是一种新型的光学分析技术。该技术具有专属性强,无标记,灵敏度高,所需样品少等优点,近年来得到了广泛的关注。目前,在中药研究领域,表面等离子共振生物传感器技术被应用于靶标确认、定量分析、蛋白结合位点研究和先导化合物研究等方面。本文介绍了表面等离子共振生物传感器技术的基本理论,并对表面等离子共振生物传感器技术在中药活性分析领域的研究进展和应用前景作一综述。
Surface plasmon resonance ( SPR ) biosensor is a new type of optic analysis technology, which has attracted comprehensive attention in recent years. It has the advantages of high specificity, label-free, low limit of detection and low consumption of sample. At present, in the study of Chinese medicinal herb, SPR biosensor technology is applied in the validation of the target proteins, quantitative analysis, study of the binding sites of protein and finding lead compounds. In this article, we introduce the basic theory of SPR biosensor technology, and summarize its applications and developments in the active-based analysis of Chinese medicinal herb.
