In this paper, by Nevanlinna theory of the value distribution of meromophic func- tions, we investigate the problem of the existence of solutions of some types of systems of complex higher-order q-shift difference equations, and obtain some results. Improvements and extensions of such results are presented in this paper. Some examples show that our results are premse
