为研制探测农药残留的生物传感器,本文研究了农药乐果对植物酶的抑制与温度的关系、植物酶反应的最适反应温度。从面粉中提取酶,采用分光光度法研究了乐果与面粉酶的抑制反应时间对酶活性的影响;研究了在同样温度时不同浓度,和相同浓度时不同温度的条件下,农药对植物酶活性的抑制情况。研究显示,抑制反应时间大于5分钟时,酶的活性明显地受到抑制;在48℃酶反应的速度最快;温度相同时受农药的抑制作用随农药的浓度增大而增强;随着温度的升高,一定浓度的农药对面粉酶的抑制变强。研究结果说明了研究微型恒温器的必要性。
