比较浓硫酸酸蚀、热水浸种、预冷和砂纸摩擦等4种硬实破除方法及不同培养温度和光照强度对宁夏黄花棘豆种子萌发的影响,以筛选种子萌发的适宜条件.结果表明:浓硫酸酸蚀和砂纸摩擦处理种子的萌发率均显著高于对照组,其中10min酸蚀处理的种子萌发率最高,为86.67%,砂纸摩擦处理种子的萌发率为75%;热水浸种和预冷处理种子的萌发率与对照组差异不显著.当培养温度为10~25℃时,种子萌发率显著高于对照组,25℃时最高,为85%,当温度超过25℃时,种子萌发率显著降低;当光照强度为40%~80%时,种子萌发率显著高于对照组,光照强度为80%时最高,为82.22%.
To find some optimum conditions for the germination of seed from Oxytropis ochrocephala, the study was made to assess the influence of germination of seeds treated respectively with four hardseedness release methods that including etching with 98% H2SO4, dipping in hot-water, pre-cooling in low temperature and grinding with sandpaper. The experiment was also performed to evaluate the influence of germinations of seeds cultured in different temperature and intensity of illumination. The results showed that the germination rates of seeds treated with 98% H2SO4 and sandpaper are higher significantly than that of control group. Seeds treated with 98% H2SO4 for ten minutes were indicated the highest germination rate that is 86.67%. It was 75% that the germination rate of seeds treated with sandpaper. However, no significant differences were found between the control group and the experiment groups treated with hot water or pre-cooling in low temperature. The germination rates of seeds cultured from 10 ℃ to 25 ℃ were higher significantly than that of control group. When the culture temperature was 25 ℃, the seed showed the highest germination rate that is 85%. However, if the temperature was above 25 ℃, the germination rate would bring down significantly. When the intensities of illumination were between 40% and 80%, the germination rates of seeds were higher significantly than that of control group. When the intensity of illumination is 80 %, the seeds showed the highest germination rate that is 82.22 %.
