The concept of green chemistry is to reduce resource consumption and improve the ratio of materialutilization and keep the natural balance of ecological environment. In 2015, the ecological environment was improvedgenerally but the effect was not significant. Air quality comprehensive index was 9.08, falling by 4.7% over theprevious year. The condition of surface water pollution there has not obviously changed. Groundwater quality can reachthe quality standard of class III. Environmental noise is stable, but excessive in a few areas. Meanwhile, the ecologicalenvironment pollution is still serious; The self-repairing capability of the ecological environment needs to improve; theinfrastructure protecting the ecological environment is not complete. The path of ecological environment constructionwith green chemistry concept in Hengshui is to comprehensively control the atmosphere, water, noise, soil pollution andto implement the key ecological environmental construction of demonstration project.
