利用新型催化剂固体超强酸SO4 2-/TiO2催化合成了维生素E油酸酯,研究了油酸酰氯与维生素E摩尔比(X1)、反应温度(X2)、催化剂用量(X3)、反应时间(X4)对维生素E油酸酯产率的影响,以单因素实验为基础,利用响应面法优化了工艺条件。结果表明:SO4 2-/TiO2催化合成维生素E油酸酯较优工艺条件为油酸酰氯与维生素E摩尔比3:1,反应温度50℃,SO4 2-/TiO2用量5.5%,反应时间4h;在较优工艺条件下,维生素E油酸酯产率达到92.2%。
Vitamin E oleate was synthesized with novel catalyst solid super acid SO4 2-/TiO2. The effects of molar ratio of oleic acid chloride to vitamin E (X1 ), reaction temperature ( X2 ), dosage of SO4 2 -/TiO2 (X3 ) and reaction time(X4 ) on yield of vitamin E oleate were researched, and the conditions were optimized by response surface methodology based on single factor experiment. The results showed that the optimal synthesis conditions of vitamin E oleate catalyzed by SO4 2-/TiO2 were obtained as follows: molar ratio of oleic acid chloride to vitamin E 3: 1, reaction temperature 50 ℃, dosage of SO4 2-/TiO2 5.5% and reaction time 4 h. Under the optimal conditions, the yield of vitamin E oleate reached 92.2%.
