脱硝反应器是SCR脱硝技术的关键设备之一,脱硝反应器的脱硝性能好坏将直接影响到火电厂烟气是否能达到环保排放标准。本文利用多物理场耦合软件对脱硝反应器内部的流场以及浓度场进行了数值模拟研究,同时考虑了化学反应的相关影响。研究结果表明:脱硝反应器的脱硝效率为76.73%,氨逃逸率为22.81%。
Denitrification reactor is one of the key equipments of the SCR denitrification technology. The performance of denitrification reactors will directly decidea that the flue gas of the thermal power plant can reach the standard of environmental protection or not. In this paper, the numerical simulation of the flow field and concentration field in the denitrification reactor is carried out by using the multi physical field coupling software. The results showed that the efficiency of denitrification was 76.73%, and the escape rate of ammonia was 22.81%.
