根据科技部火炬中心公布的1 337家"众创空间",以我国31个省市"众创空间"数量计算Moran’s I指数和G指数,结果表明"众创空间"在空间上呈现集聚分布态势,且存在显著的高值集聚区,其中62.15%聚集在渤海湾、长三角、珠三角三大都市圈。分别对北京、杭州、深圳典型"众创空间"开展问卷调研,由创客对相关指标打分,基于二元选择模型探究创客进驻特定城市"众创空间"的偏向性选择,得出创客主要考虑因素是产业结构契合度、科教发达程度与人才资源和城市创业氛围,并在此基础上提出城市发展"众创空间"的适配模式和政策建议,这对中国实现"大众创业、万众创新"这一经济发展新引擎,加快建设和科学发展创新型国家具有重大现实意义。
Based on the third batch of the 1337 Makerspaces released by Torch High Technology Industry Development Center,Ministry of Science and Technology,this article used the quantities of 31 provinces' maker spaces to calculate Global Spatial Autocorrelation,including Moran's I and Getis-Ord General.Results show that maker spaces present agglomeration distribution in space,and there are significant high value agglomeration areas,62.15% of the maker spaces clustered in three major megalopolises,including Bohai Sea Region,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta.Therefore,questionnaire surveys are carried out for some typical maker spaces in Beijing,Hangzhou and Shenzhen,and makers marked relevant indicators.Finally,the underlying driving forces,which determine the preference of the makers,are revealed in light of the binary choice model.The results indicate that compatibility of the industrial structure,development degree of science and education,qualified labor resources and entrepreneurial atmosphere are the main factors that influence the Makers' choice of the city to place their maker spaces.In view of the above,appropriate policies should be devised for cities to develop maker spaces,it is of great significance to develop the new engine of economic development—to encourage people to start their own businesses and to make innovations—and accelerate the pace to make China an innovation-oriented country.
