Based on statistical data in 26 cities of Yangtze River Delta in 2005—2014, establish Spatial Dubin Model, use MATLAB to study the influence of externalities, creative industry cluster innovation and spatial spillover effect on the city innovation. Empirical results show that financial and technical externalities not only effectively promote the citys innovation, but also there is a strong spatial spillover effect, driven by the adjacent city innovation. The direct effect of creative industry cluster on this citys innovation is positive, and the indirect effect is negative. There is a strong spatial dependence among cities in Yangtze River Delta, and obvious innovation interaction, which provide a policy basis for the rational utilization of externalities and creative industrial clusters in Yangtze River Delta region to promote urban innovation level.
