作为横跨创业与企业社会责任两大领域的构念,"公司社会创业"是指在位企业特别是大企业通过商业化或市场化手段创造社会价值,解决社会问题,内部孵化社会企业或社会项目的创业活动。对"公司社会创业"构念进行了系统的定位,从前因、过程和后果三方面对国内外已有文献进行全面的回顾,并梳理出未来若干重要的研究方向。
Corporate social entrepreneurship(CSE) rests in the research fields of both entrepreneurship and corporate social responsibility. By definition, CSE refers to a specific type of entrepreneurial activity by incumbent firms to create social value and solve social issues by commercialized or market-based means, resulting in creation of social ventures and initiatives. This paper clarifies the concept of corporate social entrepreneurship and reviews the prior studies in this field in term of the antecedents and process and consequence of CSE. Furthermore, it delineates the progress made by extant literature as well as puts forward several research directions for future research.This paper enhances our understanding of CSE and outlines promising areas that merits further research.
