考察了生态创新的制度(行业可见性)、组织(创新能力)、个体(高管文化水平)3个层次影响因素及三者之间的交互效应,并选取浙江省中小企业为样本进行了实证研究,主要研究结论如下:制度层面的行业可见性、组织层面的创新能力对生态创新具有显著正向影响,而高管文化水平对生态创新的正向影响不显著;同时,制度层面的行业可见性、组织层面的创新能力、个体层面的高管文化水平3个层次的两两交互对生态创新具有显著正向影响.
It investigated multilevel factors influencing eco-innovation,including institutional level factor( industry visibility),organizational level factor( innovation capability) and individual level factor( top manager's education level)and their interact effects on en-innovation. The main conclusions are: the industry visibility and innovation capability have significant positive impacts on corporation eco-innovation,while the top manager's education level has no significan impact on the corporate eco-innovation; all the interactions of industry visibility, innovation capability and top manager's education level have significant positive impacts on eco-innovation.
