以硝酸锌和六亚甲基四胺为原料分别配置不同浓度的原始反应液,采用水热法合成了ZnO纳米钉、纳米花和纳米片结构.对3种不同的ZnO纳米结构进行X射线衍射分析、扫描电子显微镜分析、室温光致发光分析和光吸收分析.分析结果表明3种ZnO纳米结构都具有非常好的结晶质量,而ZnO纳米花的光吸收性能最强.
ZnO nanonails,nanoflowers and nanosheets were synthesized by hydrothermal method using Zn( NO3)2·6( H2O) and C6H(12)N4 as original reaction solution with different concentration. Three nanostructures were characterized by XRD,SEM,PL and UV-visible spectrophotometer. The results indicated that three ZnO nanostructures showed very good crystal quality,and ZnO nanoflowers had the strongest light absorption.
