利用等离子体发射光谱,通过试验优化,确定了影响钠、钒和铝元素的背景等效浓度各因素的最佳工作参数:入射功率、载气流量和辅助气流量,其中钠的入射功率(P)950W、载气流量(N)0.6L·min^-1、辅助气流量(A)1.0L·min^-1;钒的入射功率1150w、载气流量0.5L·min^-1、辅助气流量1.1L·min^-1;铝的入射功率1150W、载气流量0.6L·min^-1、辅助气流量1.0L·min^-1。结果表明,该方法具有重现性好、灵敏度高、线性范围宽和精密度高等优点。本方法的精密度在1.7%~2.2%之间,线性范围0-100mg·L^-1,加标回收试验的回收率在96%~105%之间。
The present paper considers synthetically all kinds of factors affecting excitation spectrum under traditional measure ment conditions of fluorescence matter in liquor using plasma atomic emission spectra. The input power, carrier gas flow and assistant gas flow for BEC of Na, V, Al were optimized by testing. The input power, carrier gas flow and assistant gas flow for Na are 950 W, 0.6 L · min^-1 and 1.0 L · min^-1 , respectively. The input power, carrier gas flow and assistant gas flow for V are 1 150 W, 0.5 and 1.1 L · min^- 1, respectively. The input power, carrier gas flow and assistant gas flow for Al are 1 150 W, 0.6 and 1.0 L · min^-1 , respectively. The result shows that the method is sensitive, accurate, linear in a wide range and highly precise. The precision is between 1.7%-2.2%, the linear ranges are between 0-100 mg · L^- 1 and recoveries are between 96%- 105%.
